Slow Cooker Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

  • ½ cup(s) medium barley
  • 14 ounce(s) water
  • 14 ounce(s) beef broth
  • 15 ounce(s) diced tomatoes, not drained
  • ½ cup(s) chicken or beef stock
  • 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil, more if needed
  • 1 teaspoon(s) beef bouillon granules

    • 14 ounce(s) chicken broth
    • 3 stalk(s) stalk celery, chopped
    • ½ pound(s) carrots, pre sliced
    • 1 ½ pound(s) beef
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 large sweet onion, chopped
    • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
