Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 12 sandwich-cut bread-and-butter pickles
  • 1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green pepper and onions, undrained
  • 6 (1 1/2-ounce) hamburger buns
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • ½ pound extralean ground beef
    • 6 tablespoons shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1/8 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
    • ½ cup prechopped onion
    • Cooking spray

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add beef to pan; cook 4 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble.
