Smothered Venison Steak


  • 1 ½ pound(s) Venison steak (round beef steak can also be used)
  • 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
  • Garlic salt
  • Onion
  • seasoning salt

Soak meat in salt water overnight; drain and cut into bite size pieces. Brown meat in small amount of oil in skillet, seasoning with garlic salt and other seasoning. Sauté onion in meat drippings.
