- 4 lb boneless beef round steak, ¾ inch thick, trimmed of fat, cut into pieces
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup cola carbonated beverage
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped (½ cup)
- 24 burger buns, split
