Southwestern Chili 3
- 3 can(s) beans (pinto, black, kidney)
- 2 can(s) stewed tomatoes
- 2 can(s) diced tomatoes with chilies
- 2 pound(s) ground beef
- 4 tablespoon(s) or 2 packages) taco seasoning
- 1 ½ pound(s) Velveeta cheese, cubed
Drain and rinse beans. Blend stewed tomatoes and diced tomatoes with chilies. Brown ground beef and drain grease. Mix all ingredients together; heat together until cheese melts.
