Southwestern Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon garlic
• ½ cup cooked corn
• ½ cup black beans
• ¼ cup cilantro
• 1 ½ pounds sweet potatoes
