SPAGHETTI AMORE

Ingredients

• 1 pound(s) Ground Beef
• ½ cup(s) chopped onion
• ¼ cup(s) chopped green pepper
• 2 tablespoon(s) shortening
• 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can(s) tomato soup
• 1 soup can water
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 1 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 1 cup(s) shredded sharp cheese
  • ½ pound(s) spaghetti, cooked & drained

Lightly brown ground beef, onion and green pepper in shortening; stir occasionally. Add cream of mushroom soup, tomato soup, water and garlic; heat. Blend with 1/2 C. cheese and spaghetti in 3-qt. casserole; top with remaining 1/2 C cheese. Bake at 350° about 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 6.
