Spicy Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients

• ¼ cup(s) soy sauce
• 1 boneless beef top sirloin steak (1 ¼ lb trimmed
• 3 cup(s) broccoli florets
• 1 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
• 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil, divided
• 1 teaspoon(s) finely chopped, peeled fresh gingerroot
• 1 onion (medium)
