Spicy London Broil

  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup chopped onion
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • ½ cup canned no-salt-added beef broth, undiluted
