  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 ½ cups leeks
  • 1 ¾ cups red-skinned potatoes
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon steak sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 large green onions
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 6-ounce beef tenderloin steaks (each about 1 inch thick)
    • 4 refrigerated pie crusts (two 15-ounce packages)
