Stuffed Round Steak with Gravy
Ingredients
- ½ cup(s) onion - chopped
- 3 clove(s) garlic - chopped
- 6 cup(s) beef stock of beef boullion
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh thyme
- 1 cup(s) red wine
- 6 large carrots - cut into fourths
- + 2 more ingredients

- 3 pound(s) stuffed rolled round steak
- 4 slice(s) bacon
Cook four slices of bacon. When crisp, remove to a paper towel to drain. In the bacon drippings, place rolled steak and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side to brown. Remove to a plate and set aside. Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add chopped garlic, bay leaves and thyme. Cook for 2 minutes....
