Ingredients

  • 2 pound(s) boneless beef round steak, cut into 6 serving pieces

  • 3 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 1 can(s) diced tomatoes, undrained (28 ounce can)
  • 3 cup(s) onion, sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt

    • 1 package(s) beefy onion soup mix (1 ounce pkg)

Place steak in 5 qt slow cooker. Sprinkle with soup mix, salt, and pepper. Cover with onion, and tomatoes. Cover and cook on high one hour, then reduce heat to low setting and cook for 6 more hours.
