Ingredients

  • Beef bullion
  • Salt/pepper
  • Flour
  • 1 green pepper strips (medium)
  • 1 onion (large)
  • 1 can(s) petite diced tomatoes (14 ounce can)
  • vegetable oil
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 clove(s) garlic
    • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
    • 1 cubed steak

Cut meat into serving pieces then salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Dust in flour and then brown in oil. Put into Dutch oven. Combine garlic, tomatoes, onion, 1 can of water and beef bullion and pour over meat. Simmer 1 hour. Add green peppers and cook for 30 more minutes.
