Swiss Steak and Veggies


  • 1 can(s) whole tomatoes, undrained (28 ounce can)
  • 1 can(s) condensed tomato soup, undiluted (10 ¾ ounce can)
  • 3 potatoes, unpeeled and diced (medium)
  • 1 package(s) frozen peas and carrots (16 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup(s) sliced celery
  • 1 onion, sliced into thick rings
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 beef round steak (2 lbs cut into 8 pieces
    • black pepper
    • salt
    • all-purpose flour

Place onion and garlic in crock pot. Dredge steak in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Shake off excess flour. Place steak in crock pot. Add tomatoes with juice. Cover with tomato soup. Add potatoes, peas, carrots and celery. Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or until meat and potatoes are tender.
