Tater Taco Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 (2 ounce) envelope taco seasoning
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (11 ounce) can condensed Fiesta nacho cheese soup, undiluted
  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen tater tots
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 -4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

1 In a skillet cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water.
