TEA SANDWICHES OF FILET OF BEEF, SPICED WALNUTS AND WATERCRESS

Ingredients

  • 2 c California Walnuts, in pieces
  • ¼ c Butter, unsalted
  • ½ t Chili oil
  • 1 t Orange zest, grated
  • ½ t Pepper, cayenne
  • ½ t Garlic salt
  • 3 T Butter, unsalted, softened
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 2 c Cheese, Roquefort, crumbled
    • 1 T Armagnac
    • 18 slice Bread, white sandwich, thinly sliced
    • 1 lb Fillet of beef, medium-rare, thinly sliced
    • 2 c Watercress leaves
