TENDER BEEF OVER NOODLES

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon(s) paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon(s) canola oil
  • 1/3 cup(s) ketchup
  • ½ pound(s) beef stew meat
  • 1/3 cup(s) chopped onion
