Triple Creek Montana Chili
Ingredients
- 1 Yellow Pepper, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon(s) granulated garlic
- 3 pound(s) beef (prime rib, tenderloin, NY) diced
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 3 tablespoon(s) chili powder
- 1 can(s) kidney beans, rinsed and drained

- 1 onion diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon(s) paprika
- 1 tablespoon(s) salt
- 1 tablespoon(s) black pepper
- 2 cup(s) chili sauce
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion, peppers, and granulated garlic. In a large pot brown the beef in the olive oil. Add the paprika, chili powder, salt, black pepper, chili sauce, kidney beans, and tomatoes with juice. Stir in the sautéed onion and peppers and simmer for one hour.
