Warm Teriyaki Beef Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups packed spinach leaves, washed well and spun dry
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 3 scallions
  • ½ pound mushrooms
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh gingerroot
    • 1 large garlic clove, minced
    • ¾ pound flank steak
    • 1 ½ tablespoons medium-dry Sherry
    • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
    • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
