Warm Teriyaki Beef Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups packed spinach leaves, washed well and spun dry
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small cucumber
- 3 scallions
- ½ pound mushrooms

- 2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh gingerroot
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- ¾ pound flank steak
- 1 ½ tablespoons medium-dry Sherry
- 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
