1015 Surprise Casserole

Ingredients

• ¼ cup(s) light cream or half-n-half
• 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
• ¹/₈ teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
• 3 1015 supersweet onions, chopped and divided (medium)
• 2 cup(s) grated Swiss cheese, divided
• 2 Eggs
• 1 cup(s) crushed saltine crackers, divided

• • ¼ cup(s) butter (½ stick) plus 2 T. melted butter, divided

Preheat oven: 350° Melt 1/4 C butter in large skillet, and sauté onions until tender. Place half the onions in a 1 1/2 qt., deep-dish pine pan.
