  • 15 small red potatoes
  • ½ to 3/4 (1.4-ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (3- to 4-pound) BEEF Brisket
  • 1 ½ pounds baby carrots
  • ¾ cup chili sauce
  • 1 (12-ounce) bottle beer
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup firmly packed DOMINO Dark Brown Sugar

Preheat oven to 325°. Stir together first 4 ingredients; gently stir in beer. Place brisket, fat side up, in a large Dutch oven or roasting pan; pierce several times with a fork. Arrange potatoes and carrots evenly around brisket; then pour beer mixture evenly over brisket, potatoes, and carrots....
