Baked Ziti with Fire Roasted Tomatoes
Ingredients
- ¾ cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
- 2 tablespoon(s) oregano
- 1 can(s) fire-roasted diced tomatoes (14.5 ounce can)
- 1 can(s) tomato sauce (15 ounce can)
- 1 Zucchini, sliced (medium)
- 2 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped

- 2 ½ cup(s) uncooked ziti pasta (8 ounce)

Heat oven to 375°. Cook & drain pasta as directed on box. Spray 12 x 8 in. glass baking dish (2-quart) with cooking spray.
