Bbq-Rubbed Beef Roast


  • 1-¾ pounds small new red potatoes, cut into 1-½-inch pieces
  • 3 tablespoon(s) packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon(s) cider vinegar

  • 1 beef eye round roast (about 2 to 3 pounds)
  • 2 teaspoon(s) water
  • 3 tablespoon(s) chili powder
