Beef Crostini with Red Pepper Mayonnaise


  • 2/3 cup(s) jarred, roasted red peppers, drained well, patted dry with paper towel

  • 36 slices (½" thick) baguette bread
  • 1 ½ pound(s) beef tenderloin (option: use peppercorn seasoned beef)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 medium basil leaves
  • 1/3 cup(s) mayonnaise
