Bottom Round Pot Roast


  • salt, pepper and water, as needed
  • 4 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 celery rib, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon(s) paprika

    • 3 pound(s) beef bottom round roast
    • 1 tablespoon(s) cornstarch, if needed
