  • Vegetable oil, for frying tortillas

  • Several dashes of hot sauce
  • ½ cup shredded
  • Shredded Braised Beef Brisket leftovers as needed, recipe follows
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce

    • 2 tomatoes, chopped
    • ¼ cup chopped onions
    • Small handful fresh
    • ½Juice of 1 lime
    • 12 tablespoons sour cream
    • 2 cans beef consomme
    • 1 ½ cups soy sauce
    • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
    • 510 pounds beef
