Buffalo Prime Rib with Orange Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients

  • Special equipment: a V-rack for roasting; a meat or instant-read thermometer
  • 1 ½ cups beef broth
  • ¼ cup Madeira (preferably Sercial)
  • 2/3 cup dry red wine
  • Orange balsamic glaze
  • 4 ½ to 5 cups water
