Buffalo Prime Rib with Orange Balsamic Glaze

  • 1 ½ cups beef broth
  • 1 meat or instant-read thermometer
  • 1 7- to 8-lb bone-in buffalo prime rib roast or bone-in beef prime rib roast (sometimes called standing rib roast)
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 V-rack
  • Orange balsamic glaze
  • 2/3 cup dry red wine
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup Madeira (preferably Sercial)
