Cajun Prime Rib


  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, or to taste
  • 1 pound sliced bacon
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • ¼ cup salt
  • ¼ cup garlic powder
  • ¼ cup black pepper
  • 1 (7 pound) 3 rib prime rib beef roast
