Chipotle Roast Beef Sandwich with Pepper Jack
- 3 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 1 Kaiser roll, split
- 1 ounce sliced pepper Jack cheese
- Pinch ground chipotle chile pepper
- 1 tablespoon Hellmann's or Best Foods Light Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup watercress or lettuce
1. Combine Hellmann's or Best Foods Light Mayonnaise with chili pepper in small bowl; spread on bottom half of roll. Top with roast beef, cheese and watercress.
