Cinnamon Beef Over Couscous
Ingredients
- 10 pimiento-stuffed olives, coarsely chopped
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup raisins
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
- 1 pound ground round
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 ¼ cups uncooked couscous
