Cranberry Mushroom Beef Brisket

Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) beef broth
  • ½ cup(s) cranberry juice concentrate
  • red wine vinegar
  • 4 ½ teaspoon(s) chopped fresh rosemary or
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) dried rosemary, crushed
  • 4 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced (large)
