Jelly Rolled Ground Beef Roast

Ingredients

• 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
• ¼ cup(s) margarine, melted
• 8 potatoes, peeled and cut inch half (small)
• 1 - 8 ounce pkg sliced bacon
• 1 can(s) tomato sauce (8 ounce can)
• ¹/₈ teaspoon(s) pepper
• 1 teaspoon(s) thyme leaves

• • 2 pound(s) ground beef
  • dash salt
  • ¼ cup(s) dried bread crumbs
  • ¼ pound(s) Swiss cheese
  • 1 pound(s) Zucchini shredded (3 cups)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) salad oil

In a 3 qt sauce pan, heat oil and cook zucchini about 3 minutes, put zucchini in medium bowl. Mix in cheese, bread crumbs and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix well, reserve. Set aside.
