Marinated Beef on a Bun

Ingredients

  • 12 sandwich buns, split - can be toasted
  • 3 pound(s) arm roast or beef eye of round roast
  • 2 dash(s) cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) ginger
  • 2 clove(s) garlic - minced
  • ¼ cup(s) vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup(s) white wine vinegar
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ cup(s) teriyaki marinade/sauce or soy sauce
    • ¾ cup(s) brown sugar
    • 1 medium onion - finely chopped
    • 1 ½ cup(s) ketchup
