Mini Roast Beef and Peach Preserves Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) thinly sliced roast beef, London Port is best
  • 1 bottle(s) Dijonnaise
  • ½ pound(s) Pepper Jack cheese or Harvarti cheese
  • 1 jar(s) peach preserves
  • 2 bags mini rolls, 24 rolls

Preheat oven to 350°. Open bread, and spread Dijonnaise on both sides. Spread preserves on one side and 2 slices of roast beef and one slice of cheese on the other side. Close sandwich, and bake until cheese melts and the bread is toasty.
