Moroccan Beef Stew with Couscous
Ingredients
- ¼ cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 onion (3/4 lb.), peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon salad oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground coriander
- ¼ teaspoon ground dried turmeric
- 2 cups couscous
