Pepperocini Pot Roast


  • 1 bottle(s) beer
  • ½ cup(s) water
  • 1 beef roast
  • 1 package(s) dry Italian dressing mix
  • 1 package(s) dry au jus mix
  • 1 jar(s) Pepperoncini Peppers

Mix the seasonings with the water. Place the roast in a Crock-pot and pour seasoning mixture and beer over the roast. Add entire jar of peppers and juice. Cover and cook for several hours. You may serve this roast on hoagie buns and use the liquid as dipping sauce or sever as is.
