Perfect BBQ Beef Gravy and Pot Roast


  • 8 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce
  • 2 (10.25 ounce) cans Campbell's® Beef Gravy
  • 1 (4 pound) boneless beef bottom round roast or chuck pot roast
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
