Recipe: Pressure Cooker Beef Roast

Ingredients

  • 3 – 4 lb. beef roast (round, chuck, etc.)
  • 1 – 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper (if desired)
  • herbs de providence
  • 10 -12 oz. soda pop (lemon-lime or cola)
  • 2 – 3 large onions, quartered (sweet or yellow)
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
    • potatoes, whole small, halved medium or quartered large
    • 8 -10 oz. beef broth
    • Gravy (Optional):
    • Leftover broth mixture
    • Wondra flour
    • salt, if needed
    • pepper, if needed
