Recipe: Pressure Cooker Beef Roast
Ingredients
- 3 – 4 lb. beef roast (round, chuck, etc.)
- 1 – 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt
- pepper (if desired)
- herbs de providence
- 10 -12 oz. soda pop (lemon-lime or cola)
- 2 – 3 large onions, quartered (sweet or yellow)
- + 8 more ingredients

- carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
- potatoes, whole small, halved medium or quartered large
- 8 -10 oz. beef broth
- Gravy (Optional):
- Leftover broth mixture
- Wondra flour
- salt, if needed
- pepper, if needed
