Ingredients

  • 3 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
  • ¾ cup (3 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup thinly sliced celery
    • ½ pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
    • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
    • ¼ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
    • 1 garlic clove, minced

Combine blue cheese, horseradish, mayonnaise, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Combine 1 tablespoon cheese mixture, vinegar, honey, and garlic in a medium bowl.
