Roast Beef Tenderloin with Wasabi-Garlic Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 2 3/4- to 3-pound beef tenderloin, tied
  • 1 tablespoon prepared wasabi

Combine cream and garlic in saucepan and cook over medium-high heat until reduced to 1 cup, stirring frequently, about 15 minutes. Whisk in wasabi and cook for 1 minute, remove from heat.
