Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 3 pounds buffalo sirloin tip roast*
  • About 1 ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
