Rotisserie Beef Roast


  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 lbs beef roast (holiday roast, eye of round, rump roast etc.)
