Southern Meat Loaf
Ingredients
- 2 can(s) tomato sauce (8 ounce cans)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 onion, finely chopped (medium)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon(s) dark brown sugar
- 2/3 cup(s) slow cooking oatmeal
- 1 ¼ pound(s) Ground Beef
In a mixing bowl, mix by hand ground been and onion. Add eggs and mix well. Pour in 1 can of tomato sauce, add oatmeal and mix. Season generously with salt and pepper.
