  • 3 tablespoon(s) kosher salt
  • 1 cup(s) beef broth
  • 3 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sweet smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon(s) dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon(s) freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup(s) dark brown sugar

    • 0.25 cup(s) hot sauce
    • 2 tablespoon(s) unsulfured molasses
    • 1 cup(s) cider vinegar
    • 0.25 cup(s) Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 small onion
    • 1 cup(s) ketchup
    • 1 tablespoon(s) cayenne pepper
    • 1 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter
    • 1.5 teaspoon(s) dried thyme
    • 4 rack(s) baby back ribs the underside of each rack
