Tender Roast
Ingredients
- 3 pound(s) beef roast
- 2 cup(s) brewed coffee
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- water
Place roast in slow cooker with enough coffee and water to cover. Mix in onion soup mix. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours or until tender
