Ingredients

    • ¼ cup chopped fresh mint
    • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lime juice
    • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lime juice
    • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
    • 1 tablespoon bottled ground fresh ginger (such as Spice World)
