15-Minute Chicken Margherita


  • 8 ounce(s) bow tie pasta, cooked and drained
  • ½ cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1 jar(s) Bertolli® Tomato & Basil Sauce
  • 4 fully-cooked breaded chicken cutlets (see Tips & Techniques)

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Arrange chicken in 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through. Serve over hot bow ties.Per serving this recipe contains: Vitamin A 20%, Vitamin C 10%, Iron 20%
