3 Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

• ¼ cup(s) chopped green onions
• ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
• ¼ teaspoon(s) cumin
• ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
• ¾ cup(s) sour cream
• 4 ounce(s) cream cheese; softened
• 8 flour tortillas

• • 1 cup(s) cheddar cheese
  • 10 ounce(s) Enchilada sauce
  • 2 cup(s) Monterrey Jack cheese
  • 2 cup(s) shredded, cooked chicken

In a large bowl mix together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in salt, pepper and cumin. Stir in chicken, 1 C Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese and green onions.
