Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and divided
  • Rhubarb Chutney (recipe below)
  • ½ teaspoon salt, plus more to season chicken
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds, very finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon (1-pound) package chicken breasts, cut into 4 portions
  • ½ teaspoon pepper, plus more to season chicken
  • 1 egg
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
    • 2 teaspoons minced cilantro
